Frequently asked
FAQ
Everything about ordering custom race bibs — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.
Ordering
What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is 100 pieces for standard tear-tab, Tyvek, timing-chip compatible, and youth bibs. Smaller runs of VIP pace group bibs can be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for marathons, road races, and multi-wave events.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production proof so you can approve the physical bib before we run the full order — ask us for terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix products or styles in one order?
Yes. Combine styles — say a Standard Tear-Tab Bib for the main field and a Tyvek Waterproof Bib for a trail division — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, numbering scheme, and stock specs on file, so next year’s race matches this year’s exactly and moves faster.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on both bib background and print so your race bibs match your event branding exactly.
Can you individually number and personalize each bib?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet of runner names, bib numbers, or age-group designations and we will print each bib individually. This is standard for timed races and school events.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
About two weeks from approved mockup for standard styles, and slightly longer for large multi-wave orders with complex numbering.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for firm race-day deadlines — tell us your event date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Race bibs are light for their size, so bulk orders are economical to ship.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment across race committee locations, packet-pickup sites, or timing vendors.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.
Pricing & Payment
How much do race bibs cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $0.25 to $0.75 per unit at minimum quantities, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, stock, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established organizations, schools, and municipalities.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.
Product & Care
What colors and finishes are available?
White, full-color print, Tyvek waterproof, numbered sequential, and custom Pantone-matched print, across all five of our bib styles.
Is the printing really durable through a full race?
Yes. Our digital print bonds into coated paper stock and cures into Tyvek’s synthetic surface, so numbers and logos stay legible through sweat, light rain, and a full race day of folding and pinning.
What are race bibs made of?
Tear-resistant Tyvek synthetic sheet for wet or rugged conditions, or coated paper stock for standard road races and everyday events.
How do I store or handle bibs before race day?
Store flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight until packet pickup. Sort by wave, corral, or age group as they arrive to speed up bib distribution.
